Spray-in bed liner

Marvel Industrial Coatings

Your truck bed takes a beating. Our spray-in bed liner bonds permanently to the metal, sealing out moisture and resisting impacts, chemicals, and UV fade. It's the same coating system trusted on commercial fleet equipment.

  • Permanent bond — won't crack, peel, or warp
  • UV-stable — won't fade or chalk in Nebraska sun
  • Slip-resistant texture keeps cargo in place
  • Sealed surface stops rust before it starts
  • Lifetime warranty

Why a Spray-In Liner Beats a Drop-In

Drop-in bed liners are convenient, but they trap moisture, sand, and salt between the plastic shell and your factory paint. Every time you load gravel, lumber, or wet gear, debris slides under the shell and grinds away at the metal. The first time you pull the liner out — usually because it's already rattling — you find rust pitting that should have been preventable.

A spray-in liner solves the problem at the source. It bonds permanently to the truck bed metal, sealing every seam and corner. There's nowhere for water, salt, or debris to hide. Marvel Industrial Coatings, the system we apply, is a high-build polyurethane that cures into a tough, slightly textured surface that grips cargo while still being easy to sweep out at the end of the day.

Unlike older bed liner products, Marvel is UV-stable. That matters in Nebraska, where the same liner can see 100°F summer sun and -10°F January nights in the same calendar year. Cheaper systems chalk, fade to grey, and turn brittle after a few seasons. Marvel stays black, stays flexible, and stays bonded.

We prep every truck before we spray: full wash, scuff sand, solvent wipe, and clean tape line at the rail or under the bed cap depending on what you want. Once the liner is laid down, we follow the manufacturer cure time before handing keys back, so the surface is fully hardened and ready for work — not just dry to the touch.

What to Expect

  1. 1

    Prep & Tape

Bed is washed, scuffed, solvent-wiped, and masked to a crisp tape line — under-rail or over-rail, your choice.

  2. 2

    Primer Pass

Bare metal areas get a bonding primer so adhesion is uniform across the entire bed surface.

  3. 3

    Spray Application

Marvel Industrial Coating is hot-sprayed in even passes for consistent thickness and texture.

  4. 4

    Cure & Final Walk-Through

We let the coating fully cure, pull tape, and walk you through care before you take the truck home.

Over-rail is the most popular: more protection on the top of the bed rail and the cleanest look. Under-rail preserves factory paint on the rail caps. We'll show you examples at the shop.
